Sophia is an award winning REALTOR located in Victoria, BC. She has always been passionate about finding homes for families, demystifying the home buying process, and making legal jargon understandable for everyone.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, she began her career in Toronto O.N. in 2011, where she specialized in leasing contracts for REITS and property management companies. As a paralegal and court clerk, Sophia is committed to upholding the law while helping people get what they want out of their real estate transactions.
Throughout her career, she has updated her education by receiving credentials from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She received her Real Estate Education from the Sauder School of Business – University of British Columbia
Sophia has lived in both cities and rural parts of Canada. After living in CFB Petawawa, Sophia relocated to Victoria as part of a military move. Having moved across Canada three times, she has extensive networks across Canada. She is able to navigate and assist with BGRS and guide your family during your HHT, whether in person or virtually.
She is happy to call Victoria her forever home and enjoys the slower pace that this city offers versus the hustle bustle of Toronto and the Mainland. You can find her in the Westshore with her two daughters and her husband. In her spare time, she can be found sailing, hiking, camping and swimming in the local lakes.
